Rick’s condo is very well maintained and clean. It has been recently renovated with a comfortable bathroom . The space is ideal for two travellers. The kitchen was perfectly stocked we found everything what we needed for our stay ( also groceries and great coffee shop are close by). The area felt safe with dinning options within a 20 min drive . It’s a great location for golfers with many course nearby. Communication was excellent and the instructions were clear and easy to follow . We would definitely come back .

I don't now how it could have been nicer. We spent much of the time just enjoying hanging out in this beautiful house. A large supermarket and several restaurants are a few minutes walk away.

This location was great and peaceful. It was very nice and just as the pictures showed. I definitely would stay here again for much longer next time. The instructions were easy to follow and easy to find as well. Overall we had a great experience.

We had an amazing time at staying here! It was perfect for what was supposed to be a group of 6 but wound up being 4. Spacious, clean, pool and hot tub were lovely. Great stay.

Comfy, clean and stocked with espresso! No issues very close to beaches, hiking and local attractions and restaurants. Though we did not get a chance to play, access to tennis, golf, and resort areas is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this rental especially in comparison to other bnb experiences we have had that were not as described. This one is a gem. Had me at the comfy, clean and coffee but that is just the beginning. Enjoy everything from San Diego to OC from here it’s totally doable.

Robyn’s home was a great place to stay for the weekend with friends. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and had great amenities. The hosts were super responsive, flexible with our check in time, and very accommodating. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Palm Springs

The home was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and everyone had their own room. We mostly were out and about during the day so we did not have time to enjoy the hot tub and such, It was a great location for us and Rick is a phenomenal communicator.

Perfect house for our group, easily accommodating our group of 7. Great outdoor space with patio for grilling and hanging out. Very peaceful in the mornings with a cup of coffee relaxing in the hot tub. Saw herds of Elk, Wild Turkeys, and lots of other wildlife all in the back yard!Rick was great, very responsive when we had questions. Just overall great time and experience!

Rick's house in Suncadia is fantastic and Rick was a great host. He was proactive in his communication and was very helpful. The house was exactly as described and was spotless. I would certainly return!
